You provide it: name, business name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, text us, or subscribe; photographs and materials you send us for content production; and communications you exchange with us.

Payments: subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Technical: our hosting providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve and secure the website.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and deliver services, produce your content, process billing, respond to inquiries, send service-related messages (including SMS if you contact us by text or provide your number), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Google (email and shared delivery folders), hosting and infrastructure providers, and production tools used to create your deliverables. Client photographs are used solely to produce your content and are not shared publicly without your written consent.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and bookkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete materials you have supplied once your engagement ends.

5. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential messages, by contacting us at the address below. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.

6. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
